CONTINGENCY SEARCH:
Contingency searches offer a 90 day employment guarantee under most circumstances.   We source candidates by using:

  • Our database of over 32,000 pharmaceutical professionals which is continually updated;
  • Directories from most of the major pharmaceutical associations;
  • Resumes from over 10,000 pharmaceutical professionals;
  • Referrals from contacts we have established over the past twenty (20) years.

    *Note:  We do not typically use job boards.  Our goal is to attract the top talent in the pharmaceutical industries.      Many of these types of professionals are not actively seeking another position and must be contacted directly.

EXCLUSIVE RETAINED SEARCH:
Retained searches are typically performed for positions requiring significant expertise which will be difficult to find without a concentrated effort.  Successful hires under this type of search agreement offer a one year guarantee.   A typical Exclusive Retained Search will be approached in the following manner (although these steps may vary depending on the desires of each client company):

  • Gathering information from company executives which will help us better understand the organization's goals, culture, expectations, position requirements, compensation package, etc.
  • Developing a profile of the ideal candidate including but not limited to: education, type and years of experience, personality, management style, decision making ability, compensation, employment history and accomplishments;
  • Sourcing potential candidates;
  • Conducting telephone interviews and reference checks;
  • Conducting in-person interviews or video-conferencing interviews;
  • Presenting resumes, background information, and reference check information to the client company;
  • Arranging in-person and/or telephone interviews with candidates selected by the client company;
  • Being actively involved in the offer to the selected candidate including any necessary negotiations;
  • Following up with the selected candidate several times during the initial year of employment.

We are known for our professional approach to both candidates and client companies. We maintain memberships in most related pharmaceutical associations.

Geographic Locations:  We do not concentrate on any one geographical area. Our search assignments are conducted for pharmaceutical clients throughout the United States.  Some of the positions we recruit for require global expertise.

Fees:  Our fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual compensation.  Please contact us and we will be happy to provide sample fee agreements for each type of search process.
